Charis Ainerua is an internationally trained lawyer and currently an articling student. With experience in corporate law, her experience encompasses a wide range of services, such as incorporating businesses within and outside of Alberta, handling share transactions including exchanges and rollovers, reviewing, drafting agreements, and managing reorganizations, amalgamations, dissolutions, amendments and the auditing and maintenance of corporate minute books. Charis also has significant experience in performing corporate registry, and NUANS searches. Charis is Certified in Cores Level I, II, and III.

In joining Manuwa Law, she is eager to specialize in immigration law, corporate law, estate planning, and real estate.

Outside of work, Charis enjoys reading and spending quality time with family, finding joy and balance in these personal pursuits.
