Lukas is an associate lawyer at Manuwa Law. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Juris Doctor degree, both at the University of Alberta. While attending law school, Lukas volunteered with Student Legal Services, Civil & Family Division. Lukas articled at a boutique litigation law firm in downtown Edmonton. He was called to the Alberta Bar in the winter of 2025. In the course of completing his articles, Lukas was driven to find an area of legal practice where he can help the vulnerable and give back to his community. It is for this reason he has chosen to practice predominantly in immigration & refugee law. Lukas can also assist in estate, real estate, corporate and notarial matters. When not at work, Lukas is likely spending time binging the latest hit Netflix series’, hanging out with his beloved parents & friends, or enjoying the evening with his cat, Willy. His favorite quote says much about his approach to legal practice: “For it is in giving that we receive” — St. Francis of Assisi.
